AREAS TEAMS NEEDED:

·        Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Charlotte, Atlanta, Houston and Ontario, California. May consider drivers living between Bristol, TN and Charlotte. May also need teams in Witchita Falls and Fort Worth.

·        Drivers must live within a 150 mile radius.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

·        Minimum of 25 years of age.

·        Minimum of 3 years verifiable experience in the last 5 years.

·        No alcohol related convictions in the last 10 years.

·        No drug related convictions ever.

·        No felony convictions ever.

·        A current Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Doubles Endorsements.

·        No more than 2 moving violations and/or preventable accidents within the last 3 years.

·        No serious moving violations in last 3 years, i.e. excessive speeding 15 miles and over, reckless driving, following too close, any violation connected to a fatal accident, improper/erratic lane changes.

·        Good safety record (up to 5 non reportables)

TRUCK SPECIFICATIONS:

·        1997 or newer tractor.

·        Wheel base must be 265” or less (will consider 270”)

·        Must have sliding fifth wheel, height not to exceed 48”.

·        Weight not to exceed 19,000 lbs. full of fuel.

 OTHER INFORMATION:

·        $.87 per mile loaded or empty for all dispatched miles.

·        $.01 annual mileage rate increase for safe and superior service.

·        Pick Up Pay: $25.00 is paid for first pick-up, $35.00 for the second pick-up, and $45.00 for the third and subsequent pick-ups for LTL trips.

·        Delivery Pay: $25.00 is paid for each en route delivery for all LTL trips.

·        Doubles: extra $.01 is paid per mile if pulling doubles.

·        Base plate and permits for 48 states paid by Company.

·        Fuel taxes will be calculated and filed quarterly by Company on behalf of the Independent Contractor.

·        Escrow Fund: must maintain escrow account of $1000.00 which goes into an interest bearing account. Company deducts $100.00 a week for 10 weeks beginning with second settlement.

·        Qualcom furnished and installed by Company. Cost to Independent Contractor is $15.00 per week for use.

·        Company Logo furnished by company and must be  displayed on driver and passenger doors.

·        Insurance Coverages: Independent Contractor is requires to furnish proof of Bobtail coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 and Occupational Accident/Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverages.

·        Orientation: 3 days in Delanco New Jersey at $125.00 per day lead driver and $75.00 per day for co-driver paid upon completion. Company will furnish load and pay up to $1000.00 up front for drivers to get to orientation.

·        $2500.00 sign on bonus to truck.                        

TOTAL DRIVER PAY AND MILES:

·        Drivers average between 5,500 and 6,000 miles per week and 15 stops per week.

·        Drivers will make between $1.03 and $1.05 per mile.

·        Fuel surcharge paid to drivers calculated each week.
